Introduction

Yoga is a practice that involves physical postures, controlled breathing, and meditation. It is known for its numerous physical and mental health benefits, including improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

We provide virtual and on-site yoga classes to employers, aimed at promoting physical and mental wellness for employees. Our experienced instructors will guide participants through a variety of yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation, helping to reduce stress, improve flexibility and increase overall well-being.

Details​

Classes can be held once a week, at a time that is convenient for the employer and employees. Classes can be 30/45/60 minutes in length – and take place virtually, or in a designated area within the workplace.

Each class will begin with a brief introduction to yoga and its benefits, followed by a warm-up and the main yoga routine. The instructor will guide participants through each posture, ensuring that everyone is able to follow along and feel comfortable. The class will end with a cool-down and a brief meditation to help participants relax and unwind.
