In this training program, we will explore common mental health concerns among men, including anxiety and depression, and provide strategies and tools for coping and managing these conditions.

- Participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and coping strategies for managing anxiety and depression
- Participants will practice relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation, to help manage symptoms of anxiety and stress
- Participants will discuss and develop a plan for seeking help and support when needed, including identifying resources and support options in their local community.
By the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of anxiety and depression, including the symptoms, causes, and potential triggers. They will have learned effective strategies for managing and coping with these conditions, such as relaxation techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and medication. Participants will also have been provided with resources and information on seeking professional help, including how to find a therapist or counselor, and how to access support groups. They will also be equipped with tools and skills to identify and address early warning signs, which can be helpful in preventing episodes of anxiety and depression.
Overall, participants will leave this session with the knowledge and tools needed to take control of their mental health and improve their overall well-being.
