  • Prioritization exercise: Participants will be given a list of tasks and asked to prioritize them based on importance and deadline. They will then create a schedule for completing these tasks and reflect on any challenges or strategies they used in the process.

(included in Half-Day sessions)

  • Pomodoro Technique: A time management framework that involves working on a task for a specific period (usually 25 minutes) and then taking a short break. This framework will help participants stay focused and motivated by breaking their work into manageable intervals, which can increase their productivity and efficiency.

  • SMART Goals: A structure for setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals. This framework will help participants manage their time more effectively by setting clear objectives and creating an actionable plan for achieving them.

  • Eat That Frog!: A productivity technique that encourages individuals to tackle their most challenging tasks first. This framework will help participants prioritize their tasks, overcome procrastination, and manage their time more efficiently by focusing on the most important and difficult tasks at the start of their workday.

By the end of the session, attendees will have a better understanding of how to manage their time effectively in order to optimize productivity in the workplace. The workshop aims to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to manage their workload more efficiently and achieve their goals in a timely manner.
