Participants will have the opportunity to practice time boxing through a series of interactive exercises, including:
- Setting time limits on specific tasks or activities using timer tools
- Using the Pomodoro Technique to break work down into intervals and take short breaks
- Applying the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
