  • Recognition language exercise: Participants will practice using specific and meaningful language in recognition and receive feedback from their peers.
  • Timely recognition plan exercise: Participants will develop a plan for making recognition timely and consistent in their workplace.

  2. The S.M.A.R.T model: This framework highlights the importance of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) recognition goals in making recognition timely and consistent.
  3. The R.O.I model: This framework focuses on the Return On Investment (ROI) of recognition and how to measure its impact on employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
