  • The impact of boundary violations: The session will highlight the negative consequences of not setting and maintaining boundaries, including burnout, stress, and a lack of work-life balance.
  • Strategies for setting and maintaining boundaries: The facilitator will introduce practical techniques for setting and maintaining boundaries, including learning to say no, setting clear expectations, and delegating tasks.
  • Communication skills for boundary-setting: Effective communication is essential for setting and maintaining boundaries. The session will provide tips on how to communicate assertively and respectfully, and how to handle difficult conversations around boundaries with colleagues, managers, and clients.
  • Creating a work-life balance plan: Participants will be guided through a process of creating a work-life balance plan that incorporates their personal boundaries and priorities.
