Introduction
Culture plays a significant role in how we perceive and interpret the world around us, including how we make decisions. In this skills training workshop, we will examine the impact of culture on decision making, and how to navigate cultural differences in the decision making process.
Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, we will learn how to recognize and respect cultural differences in the workplace and how to communicate effectively across cultures to make more effective decisions.

At the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of the impact of culture on decision making, and will have gained practical skills for navigating cultural differences in the decision making process.
They will also have the tools and frameworks to apply these skills in the workplace to make more effective decisions, communicate more effectively across cultures, and respect cultural differences.
By incorporating cultural awareness into their decision making, participants will be better equipped to work effectively in diverse teams and environments, and to make more informed and inclusive decisions.
