Culture plays a significant role in how we perceive and interpret the world around us, including how we make decisions. In this skills training workshop, we will examine the impact of culture on decision making, and how to navigate cultural differences in the decision making process. 

Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, we will learn how to recognize and respect cultural differences in the workplace and how to communicate effectively across cultures to make more effective decisions.
