The Eight-Step Problem-Solving Process:
A Structured Approach to Finding Solutions
Request Information
Introduction
Problem-solving is an essential skill for any profession, and having a structured approach can help to find solutions more effectively. The eight-step problem-solving process is a structured approach that involves defining the problem, gathering data, generating ideas, evaluating ideas, selecting the best solution, implementing the solution, evaluating the solution, and standardizing the solution. This workshop aims to introduce participants to the eight-step problem-solving process and provide tips for applying this process in a work setting.
