The 5 Whys:
Identifying Root Causes through Repeated Questioning
Request Information
Introduction
Root cause analysis is an important step in problem-solving, as it helps to identify and address the underlying causes of problems in order to prevent reoccurrence. The 5 Whys technique is a simple yet powerful tool for identifying root causes through repeated questioning. This workshop aims to introduce participants to the 5 Whys technique and provide examples of how to apply it in a work setting.
