  • Tasting Session (30 minutes)
    • Participants will taste the demonstrated smoothie.
    • Opportunity to ask questions and engage in a brief discussion.

    • Health-Focused Smoothie Recipes (30 minutes)
      • Sharing a selection of recipes tailored to specific health goals.
      • Discussing the nutritional profiles of the recipes.
    • For in-person sessions, the presenter will provide all necessary materials.
    • For virtual sessions, a list of required materials will be provided to participants prior to the workshop.
