Many people spend extended periods of time sitting at a desk, often in front of a computer or other screen, and this sedentary lifestyle can lead to several health problems, particularly back pain and discomfort. Poor posture, improper ergonomics, and inadequate movement are all factors that can contribute to back pain and discomfort in the workplace.
In this training session, participants will learn how to take control of their back health and maintain a comfortable and pain-free work environment.
The session will cover simple strategies and habits that desk workers can incorporate into their daily routines to reduce the risk of back pain and discomfort.
