Maintaining healthy work-life boundaries is essential for the well-being of working parents.
In this training, we will explore the importance of maintaining these boundaries and provide strategies for managing them as a working parent.
The goal is to help working parents understand the importance of work-life balance and provide tools and resources to help them manage their boundaries effectively.

- Group exercise: Participants will work in small groups to identify the challenges of maintaining work-life boundaries and brainstorm strategies for improvement.
- Role-play: Participants will role-play a scenario in which a working parent is struggling to maintain work-life boundaries and will practice using the strategies learned in the session to address the issue.

- The Work-Family Interface Model: This model explains how work and family intersect and how this can lead to conflict or enrichment. It can be leveraged within work settings by understanding the different ways in which work and family intersect and implementing policies and practices that support a healthy work-life balance.
- The Time Management Matrix: This matrix suggests that tasks can be categorized as urgent and important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, or not important and not urgent. It can be leveraged within work settings by helping working parents prioritize their tasks and focus on what is most important and urgent.
- The Workplace Support Model: This model suggests that workplace support can have a positive impact on work-life balance. It can be leveraged within work settings by providing support and resources to help working parents manage their work-life boundaries.
At the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of the importance of maintaining healthy work-life boundaries and will be equipped with strategies and resources to manage these boundaries effectively.
Participants will be able to identify and address challenges with work-life balance in their own lives and will be prepared to implement strategies to support a healthy balance between work and family.
Participants will be able to manage their boundaries effectively, promoting a sense of well-being and satisfaction in both their work and personal lives.
