In this skills training, participants will learn how to be a risk-taking leader, including by setting an example and encouraging others to take calculated risks. By the end of this session, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of strategies for encouraging risk-taking in the workplace and be equipped with the tools and strategies needed to foster a culture of innovation and growth.
