In this skills training workshop, we will explore the role of resilience in promoting mental health and well-being. We will focus on strategies for maintaining mental health, such as practicing mindfulness and seeking social support, and we will discuss how these strategies can be leveraged within work settings to help employees improve their mental health and well-being.
