Introduction
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity and thrive in the face of challenges and setbacks. But resilience is not just about surviving tough times – it is also about using adversity as an opportunity for growth and development.
In this skills training workshop, we will explore the concept of post-traumatic growth and how adversity can be used as a catalyst for positive change. We will focus on strategies for finding meaning in adversity, developing new strengths, and using challenges as an opportunity for growth, and we will discuss how these strategies can be leveraged within work settings to help employees better cope with challenges and adversity.
