Introduction
Random input is a powerful technique for stimulating creative thinking and generating new ideas. By using randomly selected words or stimuli, we can break out of our usual thought patterns and consider new and innovative approaches to problems.
In this skills training program, employees and managers will learn how to use random input to improve their problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

The SCAMPER technique: a brainstorming tool that helps to generate new ideas by making changes to existing products or processes
Attendees will learn how to use random input to stimulate creative thinking and generate new ideas in their work settings. They will also learn how to overcome common challenges and effectively apply these techniques to real-world situations.

Attendees will have the opportunity to practice using random input through a variety of exercises, including:
- Brainstorming sessions: attendees will work in groups to come up with as many ideas as possible for a given problem or challenge, using random input as a tool for generating new ideas
- Role-playing: attendees will take on different roles and consider how they would approach a problem or challenge using random input
- Case studies: attendees will work in groups to apply the skills learned in this training program to real-world scenarios
At the end of this skills training program, attendees will have a thorough understanding of how to use random input to stimulate creative thinking and generate new ideas.
They will have had the opportunity to practice using random input through interactive exercises, enabling them to confidently apply these techniques in their day-to-day work.
