Introduction
We provide Qigong classes for employers to support their employees’ health and well-being in the workplace. These classes are designed to help relieve stress, promote relaxation and improve physical and mental health.

- Presentation Length: 30min, 45min sessions
- Participant Numbers: 15-500+
- Virtual and In-person options available
- Sessions can be recorded for internal use
- Onsite training available globally: North & South America, EMEIA, APAC, LATAM
- Languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Mandarin, Arabic, Japanese, and Malay.
To accommodate busy schedules, we offer classes at various times throughout the day, including early mornings, lunchtime, and after work. Classes are held on a regular basis, either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the needs of the employer.
These classes are delivered virtually, or on-site at the employer’s location, providing a convenient and accessible way for employees to take advantage of the benefits of Qigong. Our experienced instructors will guide participants through various movements, breathing techniques and meditation exercises, ensuring that everyone receives a safe and effective workout.
