Introduction
Self-care is important for everyone, but it’s especially important for fathers who often have a lot of responsibilities and may find it challenging to prioritize their own needs.
In this men’s health training program/workshop on the importance of self-care for fathers, participants will learn about the benefits of self-care and strategies for incorporating it into their daily routine.

By the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of the importance of self-care for fathers. They will have learned about the unique challenges and stressors that fathers face and the impact that neglecting self-care can have on mental and physical health. They will also have been provided with information on the various forms self-care can take, such as exercise, healthy eating, and relaxation techniques.
Participants will also have been given tips on how to make self-care a priority, despite the demands of fatherhood, and how to overcome common barriers to self-care. Additionally, they will have been provided with strategies for developing a self-care routine and incorporating it into their daily lives.
Overall, participants will leave this session with a better understanding of the importance of self-care for fathers and the knowledge and tools needed to make it a priority in their lives.
