  2. Building Resilience and Coping Mechanisms:
    • Developing resilience strategies to navigate high-pressure situations and bounce back from setbacks effectively.
  3. Establishing Healthy Work-Life Boundaries:
    • Mastering techniques to set clear boundaries between work and personal life, ensuring a healthier work-life integration.

Practical exercises

  1. Stress Management Techniques: Participants will practice evidence-based stress management techniques, such as mindfulness exercises and deep breathing, to enhance their ability to manage stress effectively.
  2. Self-Reflection and Action Planning: Participants will reflect on their own stress triggers and burnout warning signs, and create personalized action plans to proactively address them.
  3. Boundary Setting Exercise: Participants will engage in a guided exercise to establish and communicate healthy work-life boundaries, promoting work-life balance and reducing the risk of burnout.

  1. Resilience Wheel: Participants will explore a framework that encompasses different aspects of resilience, including physical, emotional, cognitive, and social domains, to enhance their overall resilience and wellbeing.
  2. Work-Life Integration Matrix: A practical tool to help participants assess their current work-life balance and develop strategies for creating healthier boundaries and achieving better integration.
  3. Burnout Prevention Model: Participants will be introduced to a model that outlines the key factors contributing to burnout and strategies to prevent its occurrence.
