- Health Impact Case Study: Participants will analyze a provided case study that demonstrates the health impacts of poor posture. In small groups, they will discuss the musculoskeletal problems, chronic pain, and health implications associated with the case.
- Postural Self-Assessment: Using a provided checklist or guide, participants will perform a self- assessment of their current posture. They will identify areas where improvements can be made and potential habits contributing to poor posture.
- Posture-Boosting Stretches: Participants will follow along with the instructor in a series of guided stretches designed to bolster posture. The stretches will target key muscles and areas affected by poor posture, with the instructor offering proper technique guidance.
