  • Postural Self-Assessment: Using a provided checklist or guide, participants will perform a self- assessment of their current posture. They will identify areas where improvements can be made and potential habits contributing to poor posture.
  • Posture-Boosting Stretches: Participants will follow along with the instructor in a series of guided stretches designed to bolster posture. The stretches will target key muscles and areas affected by poor posture, with the instructor offering proper technique guidance.
