Designing Nutrient-Rich Meals and Scheduling Energy-Boosting Breaks: Participants will create plans for nutrient-rich meals and schedule short, energizing breaks to maintain vitality and combat workplace fatigue.
Crafting a Rejuvenating Bedtime Routine for Restful Sleep: Participants will develop personalized bedtime routines that contribute to restful sleep, combating exhaustion and supporting sustained energy throughout the day.
