Request Information
Introduction
Cognitive biases are mental shortcuts that our brains use to simplify complex information and make judgments more quickly. While these biases can be helpful in some situations, they can also lead us to make poor decisions.
In this skills training workshop, we will explore the various cognitive biases that can affect our decision making, and how we can guard against them.
Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, we will learn how to recognize and overcome these biases in order to make more effective decisions in the workplace.
