Introduction
In this workshop, we will be discussing the importance of developing these skills in the workplace and how they can lead to improved efficiency and productivity for both employees and the organization as a whole. We will be covering a range of topics, including the different types of organizational effectiveness skills, the benefits of possessing these skills, and tips and strategies for improving and leveraging them in a work setting.

- Time management exercise: Participants will be given a list of tasks and asked to prioritize them based on importance and deadline. They will then create a schedule for completing these tasks and reflect on any challenges or strategies they used in the process.
- Communication exercise: Participants will be divided into groups and asked to work together to complete a task. Each group will be given a set of instructions that have been intentionally written in a confusing or ambiguous way. The groups will then have to communicate and collaborate to decipher the instructions and complete the task.
- Problem-solving exercise: Participants will be given a scenario where they are faced with a problem or challenge in their work. They will be asked to use their problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of the problem and come up with potential solutions.
By the end of this session, attendees should have a better understanding of the various organizational effectiveness skills and their importance in the workplace. They should also have a set of strategies and techniques for improving and leveraging these skills to enhance their own performance and the performance of their team or organization. Additionally, attendees should have had the opportunity to practice applying these skills through a series of practical exercises.
