In this session, we will be discussing the importance of developing organizational skills in the workplace and how they can lead to improved efficiency and productivity for both employees and the company as a whole.
We will be covering a range of topics, including the different types of organizational effectiveness skills, the benefits of possessing these skills, and tips and strategies for improving and leveraging them in a work setting.
- Methods for organizing tasks, setting realistic deadlines, and avoiding procrastination.
- Techniques for clear and effective communication, active listening, and giving helpful feedback.
- Approaches to solving problems systematically, finding root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- How to adapt to change, stay flexible, and bounce back from workplace challenges.

- Time management exercise: Participants will be given a list of tasks and asked to prioritize them based on importance and deadline. They will then create a schedule for completing these tasks and reflect on any challenges or strategies they used in the process.
- Communication exercise: Participants will be divided into groups and asked to work together to complete a task. Each group will be given a set of instructions that have been intentionally written in a confusing or ambiguous way. The groups will then have to communicate and collaborate to decipher the instructions and complete the task.
- Problem-solving exercise: Participants will be given a scenario where they are faced with a problem or challenge in their work. They will be asked to use their problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of the problem and come up with potential solutions.
