Introduction
Negotiation is not just an individual skill, but can also be effectively utilized within teams to achieve shared goals. In order to negotiate effectively as a team, it is important to foster collaboration, develop a shared negotiation strategy, and leverage the diverse strengths of team members. In this skills training workshop, we will explore the role of negotiation in teamwork and how to negotiate effectively as a team. We will cover strategies for fostering collaboration, developing a shared negotiation strategy, and leveraging the diverse strengths of team members. Through a combination of theoretical and practical elements, including exercises, we will explore how these concepts can be leveraged within work settings. By the end of this session, participants will have a strong understanding of the role of negotiation in teamwork and be able to confidently negotiate effectively as a team.

This skills training workshop will utilize a combination of lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises to facilitate learning and skill development. Participants will have the opportunity to practice and apply the concepts learned through role-playing and other interactive activities.

By utilizing effective negotiation strategies as a team, participants will be able to effectively achieve shared goals and resolve conflicts, leading to more productive and harmonious working relationships.
