Introduction
In any negotiation, it is important to consider not only the outcome we want to achieve, but also the way in which we go about achieving it. Ethics and fairness play a crucial role in building trust and respect in the negotiation process, and it is essential to understand how to negotiate with integrity and avoid unethical practices such as lying or manipulation. In this skills training workshop, we will explore the importance of ethics in negotiation and how to negotiate fairly and with integrity. We will cover strategies for avoiding unethical practices and for promoting trust and respect in the negotiation process. Through a combination of theoretical and practical elements, including exercises, we will explore how these concepts can be leveraged within work settings. By the end of this session, participants will have a strong understanding of the importance of ethics in negotiation and be able to confidently negotiate fairly and with integrity.

This skills training workshop will utilize a combination of lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises to facilitate learning and skill development. Participants will have the opportunity to practice and apply the concepts learned through role-playing and other interactive activities.
