In this skills training workshop, we will explore the importance of ethics in negotiation and how to negotiate fairly and with integrity. We will cover strategies for avoiding unethical practices and for promoting trust and respect in the negotiation process. Through a combination of theoretical and practical elements, including exercises, we will explore how these concepts can be leveraged within work settings. By the end of this session, participants will have a strong understanding of the importance of ethics in negotiation and be able to confidently negotiate fairly and with integrity.
