Fatherhood can bring a range of emotional challenges, and it’s important for fathers to have strategies for managing these challenges and finding support.
In this men’s health training program/workshop on managing the emotional challenges of fatherhood, participants will learn about common emotional challenges faced by fathers and strategies for managing them.

By the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of the emotional challenges that fathers may face during the transition to parenthood and throughout the fatherhood journey. They will have learned about the importance of self-care and self-compassion in managing these challenges, as well as effective strategies for managing stress and maintaining emotional well-being.
They will also have been provided with information on how to access support and resources, such as counseling and support groups. Participants will also have been given tips on how to navigate and manage common emotional challenges such as feelings of isolation, guilt, and burnout.
Overall, participants will leave this session with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage the emotional challenges of fatherhood and prioritize their mental health.
