The role of fathers in parenting has evolved over time, and it’s important for fathers to understand and embrace their role in modern parenting.
In this men’s health training program/workshop on the evolving role of fathers in modern parenting, participants will learn about the changing expectations and responsibilities of fathers, as well as strategies for managing these changes and finding support.

By the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of the ways in which the role of fathers has evolved in modern parenting. They will have learned about the importance of active and involved fathering and the positive effects it can have on children and families. They will also have been provided with information on the challenges that fathers may face in being an equal and active parent, such as societal expectations and discrimination, and strategies for overcoming these barriers.
Participants will also have been given tips on how to navigate and balance the responsibilities of fatherhood with work and other life demands. Overall, participants will leave this session with a deeper understanding of the evolving role of fathers in modern parenting, and the skills and resources needed to be an active and involved parent.
