This session is designed to help employees understand the link between mindfulness and brain health and how to incorporate mindfulness practices into their daily routine for optimal cognitive function.

- The Link Between Mindfulness and Brain Health: Participants will learn about the various ways in which mindfulness practices can improve brain health, including through the promotion of neuroplasticity, the reduction of stress and anxiety, and the improvement of cognitive function.
- Evidence-Based Practices: Participants will learn about the various evidence-based mindfulness practices that have been shown to be effective in improving brain health, including meditation, yoga, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
- Incorporating Mindfulness Practices into the Daily Routine: Participants will learn about practical strategies for incorporating mindfulness practices into their daily routine, including setting achievable goals, creating a supportive environment, and finding enjoyable practices.
- Using Mindfulness to Improve Cognitive Function and Overall Well-Being: Participants will learn about how to use mindfulness practices to improve cognitive function and overall well-being, including through the use of techniques such as mindful breathing and body scans.
