- Appreciative Inquiry: This framework involves focusing on and building upon strengths in performance management, rather than solely addressing weaknesses.
- Developmental Feedback model: This model involves providing ongoing feedback and support for development, rather than only giving feedback during formal performance evaluations.
- The GROW model can be used as a structured approach for providing feedback and coaching to team members.
