Working parents often struggle with managing their time effectively. Between the demands of their job and the responsibilities of caring for their family, it can be tough to find time for everything.
In this training, we will discuss the challenges of time management for working parents and provide strategies for optimizing time and improving productivity. The goal is to help working parents understand the barriers to effective time management and provide tools and resources to help them overcome them.

- Group exercise: Participants will work in small groups to identify their own time management challenges and brainstorm potential solutions.
- Role-play: Participants will role-play a scenario in which a working parent is struggling with time management and will practice using the strategies learned in the session to improve their productivity.

- The Time Management Matrix: This model suggests that tasks can be divided into four categories based on their importance and urgency. It can be leveraged within work settings by helping working parents prioritize their tasks and focus on the most important and urgent ones first.
- The Pomodoro Technique: This technique involves breaking work into focused blocks of time followed by short breaks. It can be leveraged within work settings by helping working parents structure their time and improve their productivity.
- The Eisenhower Matrix: This model suggests that tasks can be divided into four categories based on their importance and urgency. It can be leveraged within work settings by helping working parents prioritize their tasks and focus on the most important and urgent ones first.
At the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of the challenges of time management for working parents and will be equipped with strategies and resources to optimize their time and improve their productivity.
