  2. Lewin’s Change Management Model: This model proposes that change occurs in three stages: unfreezing, changing, and refreezing. It emphasizes the importance of understanding the current state and the desired future state, and the role of leadership in managing the transition.
  3. ADKAR Model: This model suggests that successful change requires individuals to progress through five stages: awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement. It emphasizes the importance of addressing the needs of individuals at each stage in order to facilitate successful change.
  • This workshop will include both theoretical and practical elements, covering the key principles and strategies of change management as well as providing opportunities for participants to develop their skills through interactive exercises and role-playing.
  • The case studies and real-world examples included in the workshop will provide a practical context for the concepts and strategies covered, helping participants to understand how they can be applied in real-world settings.

  • Role-playing: Participants will have the opportunity to practice leading and managing change in a simulated scenario through role-playing.
