Introduction
Recent years have brought many challenges and uncertainties, and it is not uncommon for individuals to experience difficulties with their mental health as a result. It is important for employees to have the skills and knowledge to manage their own mental health and well-being, as well as to be able to support their colleagues during these uncertain times.
This session will provide evidence-based practices and treatment options for managing mental health in uncertain times, as well as a toolkit for managing mental health in both personal and professional settings.

- Nurturing Mental Well-Being: Participants will explore strategies for nurturing mental well-being amidst uncertainty. They will discuss holistic self-care practices, goal setting techniques, and strategies to maintain emotional equilibrium during changing times.
- Compassionate Support for Colleagues: In collaboration, participants will learn about initiating conversations and providing compassionate support to colleagues who are struggling with their mental health. They will role-play scenarios where they offer assistance, share resources, and create a safe space for dialogue.
- Building a Comprehensive Empowerment Toolkit: Participants will work together to compile a toolkit enriched with resources for mental health empowerment. They will gather personal and professional well-being strategies, self-care techniques, and mental health resources.
