  • Compassionate Colleague Support: In collaboration, participants will learn about initiating conversations and providing compassionate support to colleagues with depression. They will role-play scenarios where they offer assistance, share resources, and create a safe space for dialogue.
  • Building a Comprehensive Toolkit: Participants will work together to compile a toolkit enriched with resources for depression management. They will gather personal and professional well-being strategies, self-care techniques, and mental health resources.
