Introduction
Hormones play a vital role in women’s health and wellbeing, and understanding how to maintain healthy hormones is important throughout the lifespan.
In this women’s health training program/workshop on maintaining healthy hormones, participants will learn about the role of hormones in women’s health, the changes that occur during puberty, pregnancy, menopause, and aging, and strategies for maintaining healthy hormone levels throughout the lifespan.
