Introduction
Learning in teams can be a powerful and effective approach to learning and development. In this skills training presentation, we will explore the benefits of collaborative learning and how to create a positive learning environment within a team.
We will cover strategies for fostering a culture of learning, promoting shared ownership of learning goals, and leveraging the diverse strengths of team members. We will also discuss how these strategies can be leveraged within work settings.

- This session will be delivered through a combination of lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises.
- Participants will have the opportunity to work in groups and individually to reflect on their own experiences with collaborative learning and brainstorm strategies for fostering a positive learning environment within a team.
- The session will also include case studies and examples of how collaborative learning can be leveraged within work settings.

The Tuckman stages of group development will be introduced as a framework for understanding the stages of team development and how to foster a positive learning environment

- Participants will complete a reflection exercise on their own experiences with collaborative learning.
- Participants will work in small groups to brainstorm strategies for fostering a positive learning environment within a team.
By the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of the benefits of collaborative learning and how to create a positive learning environment within a team.
Participants will have the tools and strategies necessary to foster a culture of learning, promote shared ownership of learning goals, and leverage the diverse strengths of team members, and use them to their advantage in both personal and professional settings.
