Introduction
Learning from others is a valuable way to enhance personal and professional development. In this skills training presentation, we will explore the benefits of learning from others and how to leverage the collective wisdom of a group.
We will cover strategies for facilitating group learning, promoting peer feedback, and leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance learning and development. We will also discuss how these strategies can be leveraged within work settings.

- Participants will have the opportunity to work in groups and individually to reflect on their own experiences with group learning and brainstorm strategies for facilitating group learning, promoting peer feedback, and leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance learning and development.
- The session will also include case studies and examples of how group learning can be leveraged within work settings

The Tuckman Group Development Model will be introduced as a framework for understanding the stages of group development and how to facilitate effective group learning.

- Participants will complete a reflection exercise on a past experience with group learning.
- Participants will work in small groups to brainstorm strategies for facilitating group learning, promoting peer feedback, and leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance learning and development.
By the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of the benefits of group learning and leveraging diverse perspectives.
