Introduction
Failures and setbacks are an inevitable part of life and can often lead to growth and development. In this skills training, participants will learn how to learn from failures and use them as opportunities for growth and development. By the end of this session, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of strategies for learning from failure and be equipped with the tools and strategies needed to turn setbacks into opportunities for growth and development.

- Participants will work in small groups to apply the Failure Matrix to a real-world scenario.
- Participants will use the Growth Mindset to turn a setback into an opportunity for growth and development in a real-world scenario.

- The Growth Mindset: This framework posits that individuals who embrace a growth mindset, or the belief that their abilities can be developed through effort and learning, are more likely to take on challenges and pursue their goals with confidence.
- The Resilience Triangle: This model is used to assess an individual’s level of resilience, or the ability to bounce back from setbacks, and to develop strategies for building resilience.
- The Failure Matrix: This framework is used to categorize failures according to their impact and likelihood, and to develop strategies for learning from failures and avoiding similar mistakes in the future.
- The Growth Mindset can be used to encourage individuals to embrace challenges and pursue their goals with confidence.
