- This session will be delivered through a combination of lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises.
- Participants will have the opportunity to work in groups and individually to reflect on their own experiences with mentors and coaches and brainstorm strategies for effectively seeking out and engaging with these resources.
- The session will also include case studies and examples of how mentors and coaches can be leveraged within work settings.

The GROW model will be introduced as a framework for developing a mentorship or coaching relationship and making the most of these resources.

- Participants will complete a reflection exercise on their own experiences with mentors and coaches.
- Participants will work in small groups to brainstorm strategies for effectively seeking out and engaging with mentors and coaches.
By the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of the importance of learning from experts and how to effectively seek out and engage with mentors and coaches.
Participants will have the tools and strategies necessary to identify mentors and coaches, develop a mentorship or coaching relationship, and make the most of these resources.
They will also have the skills to leverage mentors and coaches in their work settings, using these resources to accelerate their personal and professional development.
