Learning from experience is an important aspect of personal and professional development. In this skills training presentation, we will explore the concept of reflective practice and how to use past experiences to inform future learning and development. 

We will cover strategies for debriefing after learning experiences, keeping a learning journal, and using feedback to inform future learning goals. We will also discuss how these strategies can be leveraged within work settings.
