Juggling is a fun and rewarding activity that can improve coordination, concentration, and overall well-being.
In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn the basics of juggling and develop their skills in a supportive and encouraging group setting.

- Introduction to juggling equipment and techniques
- Basic juggling patterns and tricks
- Practice with different juggling props, such as balls, clubs, and rings
- Tips for improving juggling skills and troubleshooting common mistakes
- Group juggling games and activities
- Demonstration and guidance from the instructor
- Hands-on practice and experimentation with different juggling techniques
- Group activities and exercises to encourage participation and creativity
- Physical Health – An unconventional fitness session that exercises the upper limbs – helping to boost circulation, increase energy, and improve cardiovascular/musculoskeletal health.
- Mental Health – Great for stress relief. It’s a lot of fun, thus improving emotional wellbeing. It takes place in groups and promotes healthier relationships – thus strengthening belonging, reducing isolation, and nurturing social wellbeing
At the end of this session, participants will have learned the basics of juggling and developed their skills through various exercises and activities.
They will have had the opportunity to try out different juggling props and will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to continue exploring and improving their juggling abilities.
They will have had the opportunity to experience the fun and benefits of juggling in a supportive group setting.
