In this men’s health training program/workshop on navigating the work-life balance as a father, participants will learn about the importance of finding balance and strategies for achieving it.

By the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of the challenges and complexities involved in balancing work and family responsibilities as a father. They will have learned about the importance of setting boundaries, and effective strategies for managing time and workload to achieve a more balanced work-life schedule. They will also have been provided with information on resources available to them, such as flexible work options, employee assistance programs, and support groups for working fathers. 

Participants will also have been given tips on how to communicate with their employer and colleagues about their needs as a father and how to advocate for themselves in the workplace.
