Takako (Japan) - Clinical Psychologist
Takako is a Clinical Psychologist with a diverse background and a strong commitment to promoting mental and physical well-being.
Within corporate settings, she offers valuable training sessions to employees, focusing on topics like self-esteem improvement, enhancing interpersonal relationships, and preventing burnout. Additionally, Takako conducts one-on-one psychological interviews to foster individual well-being.
Takako’s journey into clinical psychology is unique, having initially spent a decade managing top athletes worldwide. Her experience with athletes inspired her to shift her career towards helping individuals discover their own unique paths to self-actualization.
Mariann (Denmark) - Wellbeing Expert
Mariann is an embodiment coach, corporate trainer and facilitator with a background in business economics, and health & medical psychology.
Mariann works with high-impact teams and individuals who operate in high-stress environments, or are undergoing major change. She teaches evidence-based, practical tools to help people re-align themselves to what may come their way, focusing on reducing stress, eliminating pain, building resilience and creating coherence.
Her speciality is to address the whole person in her coaching and workshops: mind, body, heart, emotions, and spirit.
Jesse (USA) - Human Performance Specialist
Jesse is a renowned speaker in the field of Breathwork.
In 2009, he began a life transformation mission that led him to discover how our physiology and psychology often conflict with the modern world. In 2014, he became passionate about breath training as a method to combat his anxiety.
Since then, he has trained in several breathwork techniques, certified as a personal trainer, become a leading author on the subjects of breathwork & cold exposure training, and a voice of practicality in the world of health and mental fitness.
Apoorva (India) - Clinical Nutritionist
Apoorva is a Clinical Nutritionist, Diabetes Educator, and a Corporate Wellness Coach. She has a health coaching and corporate wellness practice. She also works as a consultant nutritionist with an endocrinologist in Mumbai.
She has experience of helping over a thousand patients and clients with strategies for managing their health. She follows a weight-neutral approach to help people at any weight focus and improve on different aspects of good health. Being a foodie herself, she specializes in helping people balance their joy of eating with the effort to stay healthy.
Having had a technology consulting job before, she understands the struggle of managing hectic work and health together.
Suzy (UK) - Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach
Suzy is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach on a mission to help others thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her journey to becoming a health coach was not an easy one.
Suzy was a former burnt-out PR boss who struggled with being underweight, exhausted, and constantly ill. After leaving the PR industry, where she directed campaigns for food companies, Suzy began to understand the impact of stress hormones and inflammation on the body.
She now uses her insider knowledge to educate others on the power of food to harm or heal.
Dr. Fisayo (USA & Nigeria) - Behavior Change Specialist
Dr. Fisayo is a seasoned health and wellness professional with 6 years of expertise in program development and implementation, specializing in nutrition education, counseling, health promotion, global and public health. She holds a Doctor of Health Sciences in Global Health from A.T. Still University and an MS in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University.
She is dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome health challenges through proactive coaching, addressing high blood cholesterol, blood pressure, stress, and weight management. Employing motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting, she guides clients toward sustainable behavior change.
Anne (Singapore) - Leadership Skills & HR Trainer
Anne is a certified neuroscience coach and trainer who leverages her psychology and leadership development background to create experiential training for sustained learning.
With almost 25 years spent setting up, coaching, partnering and leading teams across Europe and Asia in both corporates and early-stage companies, Anne understands how to navigate the challenges of leadership, including organisational restructuring and culture change, and how to enable others to fulfil their potential.
Today, Anne’s training and coaching expertise lies in problem-solving, emotional intelligence, mindful wellness, communication, conflict management and resilience.
Tatiana (USA) - Mental Health Specialist
Tatiana is a Clinical Stress Management & Health Counselor who integrates holistic principles as an approach to stress management in order to help others create the life they desire.
Her groundbreaking work helped integrate eastern and western medicine with the establishment of the nation’s first Integrative Medicine program of Yoga Therapy for Cook Children’s Hospital Neurology and Oncology departments.
Additional areas of expertise include conflict resolution, burnout prevention, cross-cultural communication, and diversity and inclusion.
Paul (UK) - Men's Health and Wellbeing Specialist
Paul is a Men’s Health and Wellbeing Specialist with a background in Occupational Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Social Marketing and Behaviour Change.
Over the last 20 years Paul has worked on a variety of projects aiming to improve the health and wellbeing of men. He has spoken with over 7000 men during this time and conducted almost 5000 health MOT’s. Paul provides no-nonsense approach in explaining how to improve health and wellbeing.
He focusses on projects that aim to increase understanding of how to reach, engage and support more men to improve their physical, mental and emotional health.
Miriam (UAE) - International Movement & Wellness Specialist
Miriam has 12 years’ experience as an international movement and wellness specialist, with an educational background in psychology and neuroscience which acts to support her approach to coaching clients and helping them find recovery and wellness.
Healing and recovery are not “one-size-fits-all” so Miriam works carefully with each individual to curate a bespoke private treatment plan specific to each client’s needs as a route of support in this time of transition.
As a certified recovery coach specialist, Miriam deepens her reach with continued education.
Dinah (Singapore) - Financial Wellness Trainer
Dinah’s passion is to help new investors get clarity on their personal finance and start their investment journey with confidence.
For a decade, she was involved in many multi-million dollars initial public listing (IPO) projects and corporate fund raising. Thereafter, she made a lateral move into wealth management with reputable banks such as Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Her role involved advising high net worth individuals and fund managers on their investment portfolios.
She now hosts regular sessions to share finance knowledge and investing mindset to beginners.
