  • Heart-Healthy Lunch Planning: Participants will engage in a hands-on exercise of planning a heart-healthy lunch for a workday using provided guidelines to create a balanced meal that includes fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
  • Activity Integration Breaks: Participants will engage in short, simple exercises that can be performed in a limited workspace – designed to increase heart rate and energy levels.
  • Stress-Busting Desk Yoga: Participants will be guided through a short session of desk yoga and meditation techniques.
