Introduction
Aging is a natural process that all women experience, and it’s important to prioritize our health as we age in order to maintain our overall wellbeing.
In this women’s health training program/workshop on healthy aging for women, participants will learn about the physical and emotional changes that occur during aging, as well as strategies for maintaining good health and wellbeing as we age.
