Our Health and Wellbeing Assessments go beyond the standard evaluations to offer a truly comprehensive understanding of your organization’s wellness. We understand that true wellness extends beyond physical health, encompassing mental, emotional, and organizational aspects. Our assessments cover a wide range of components, including:
Our meticulously crafted surveys and questionnaires delve into various aspects of wellness, including physical health, mental wellbeing, stress, and resilience. We also utilize some of the industry’s most popular assessment tools, including:
Stress and Burnout Assessment Tools:
- Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI): This widely recognized tool assesses burnout by measuring emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment.
- Perceived Stress Scale (PSS): The PSS measures the degree to which situations in one’s life are perceived as stressful. It is a widely used tool to assess overall stress levels.
- Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI): The CBI assesses burnout in three dimensions: personal burnout, work-related burnout, and client-related burnout, making it suitable for various professions.
- Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI): The OLBI evaluates burnout by assessing both exhaustion and disengagement, offering a comprehensive view of burnout levels.
- Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL): This tool is designed for professionals in roles that involve helping others, such as healthcare workers and counselors, and assesses compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress.
Resilience Assessment Tools:
- Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC): This tool measures individual resilience by assessing factors such as personal competence, tolerance of negative affect, and positive acceptance of change.
- Brief Resilience Scale (BRS): The BRS is a short questionnaire that assesses an individual’s ability to bounce back from stress and adversity.
- Resilience at Work (RAW) Scale: Specifically designed for the workplace, this tool assesses an employee’s resilience, including the ability to adapt to change and cope with stress.
Our team of experts performs comprehensive data analysis, dissecting the survey responses to identify trends and correlations. This includes analyzing stressors, identifying resilience factors, and evaluating the impact of wellness programs currently in place.
In addition to quantitative data, we conduct qualitative assessments through interviews and focus groups. We listen to your employees’ experiences, concerns, and suggestions related to stress, burnout, and resilience.
- 360-Degree Feedback Surveys: These assessments collect feedback from various sources, including peers, subordinates, and supervisors, to provide a comprehensive view of a leader’s performance and behaviors.
- Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI): Based on the leadership model of Kouzes and Posner, this assessment evaluates leadership effectiveness in areas like inspiring a shared vision, modeling the way, and enabling others to act.
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): While primarily a personality assessment, MBTI can provide insights into leadership styles and preferences.
- Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA): LEA assesses leadership competencies and behaviors across various dimensions, helping identify areas for development.
- Strengths-Based Leadership Assessment: This assessment focuses on identifying and leveraging an individual’s strengths as a leader, as outlined in the book “Strengths-Based Leadership” by Tom Rath and Barry Conchie.
Our assessments culminate in a detailed, customized report that provides a comprehensive overview of your organization’s health and wellbeing. This report highlights areas where stress and burnout may be prevalent, resilience can be strengthened, and leadership improvements are needed.
Our recommendations are based on the insights gained from these assessments. We provide tailored strategies to address stress, burnout, and resilience challenges, along with leadership development plans to foster a culture of wellbeing.
