The presentation is designed to provide participants with practical strategies for improving digestion and boosting energy levels. By the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of the importance of good digestion and will have learned a variety of strategies for improving it.

  • Digestive assessment exercise: Participants will take a few minutes to reflect on their current digestion and identify any areas that could be improved.
  • Meal planning exercise: Participants will use the information and strategies learned in the session to create a meal plan for the week that includes a variety of fiber-rich foods and supportive ingredients for digestion.
  • Digestive support brainstorming: In small groups, participants will come up with a list of at least 10 strategies for supporting the health of the digestive system.

By the end of this session, participants will have gained valuable insights and practical tips for enhancing their digestion and increasing their energy levels. They will have learned about the important role of fiber and other nutrients in supporting digestive health, as well as strategies for meal planning and improving overall dietary habits.

Additionally, they will have had the opportunity to collaborate with others and brainstorm creative ways to support the health of their digestive system.
