Introduction
Fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal support are important topics for women to understand in order to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.
In this women’s health workshop, participants will learn about the fertility process, the stages of pregnancy, and strategies for supporting their physical and emotional health during pregnancy and postnatally.
