Evaluating multiple perspectives is a crucial skill in problem-solving and decision-making. In this skills training workshop, we will learn how to consider and compare different viewpoints and perspectives on a problem or issue.

  • Six Thinking Hats – a framework that helps individuals consider different viewpoints and perspectives by “wearing” different “hats” representing different modes of thinking.
  • Perspective-taking – a framework that helps individuals consider the perspective of others in order to understand their thoughts and behaviors.
  • Reframing – a framework that helps individuals consider problems or issues from different angles or viewpoints.
  • Applying strategies for considering multiple perspectives in daily work tasks and decision-making 
  • Identifying different viewpoints and perspectives on problems or issues, and comparing and evaluating them before making decisions

  • Participants will practice using the Six Thinking Hats framework to consider different viewpoints and perspectives
