  • Mindfulness and Breathing Exercise – Participants will be led in a guided mindfulness and breathing exercise to help reduce stress and promote well-being.

  • Positive Affirmation Exercise – Participants will engage in a group exercise to create positive affirmations and encourage a positive mindset.

  • Interactive Workplace Culture Exercise – Participants will work in groups to identify workplace culture challenges and develop solutions to cultivate a more positive and supportive environment.
